There are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area ranging from the family run to the Michelin starred. The food is usually local specialities and chefs use local produce. "Plat du Jour" dish of the days at lunchtime with coffee and sometimes a glass of wine tend to be around the €12 mark in the casual local establishment, in Toulouse expect that to be €18 without the glass of wine or probably coffee.
